The Hessian Specialized Office for Public Libraries is a department of the RheinMain University and State Library.
We support and advise municipal public libraries in Hesse.
Our primary clients are municipal libraries and their sponsors, as well as combined city and school libraries.
Schools that operate or want to establish school libraries can also contact us.
